About Christien
Christien Jolliff is a versatile combo guard with excellent court vision and basketball IQ. As a Class of 2027 prospect maintaining a 4.0 GPA, he demonstrates the discipline and work ethic that translates both on and off the court. Currently playing for the LV Aces AAU program and the Civica Academy Wolves, Christien continues to develop his game while competing at a high level.

My off-season is built on a professional routine. I work daily with a personal trainer to develop functional strength and sharpen my ball-handling. Whether I'm suiting up for the LV Aces or Civica Academy, my mission remains the same: to outwork the competition and bring a championship culture to the next level.

The Journey: Resilience Through Adversity
My basketball journey has been defined by my ability to adapt and lead. After two dominant seasons at Spring Valley High School, where I averaged 21.0 PPG, my life and career took an unexpected turn.
Following a tragic house fire that claimed the life of my coach at Spring Valley, I transferred to Civica Academy for my Junior year.
Navigating a new school, a new coaching staff, and an entirely different system mid-career tested my mental toughness. While the early season was a period of adjustment, I remained a dedicated teammate and finished the year on a tear—averaging 19.0 PPG over the final four contests and leading the team in scoring on multiple nights. This experience solidified my ability to produce under pressure and thrive in any offensive system.
The Playstyle: A Two-Way "Dawg" Mentality
I am a true two-way player who takes as much pride in a lockdown defensive stop as I do in a game-winning bucket. My accolades as a multiple-time Defensive Player of the Year reflect my commitment to the "other" end of the floor.

A 3-point specialist with a deep midrange game, elite floaters, and the quickness to finish at the rim.
The Clutch Factor
I am a "winning-time" player. I have multiple game-winners on my resume, and my coaches consistently trust the ball in my hands when the game is on the line.

I pride myself on playing the game "the right way"—making the extra pass, watching film to exploit mismatches, and leading my teammates with a vocal, positive presence.
